We use Castle Hills ER whenever we have an after hours medical need. The receptionist, nurse and doctor have always been so thorough and wonderful bedside manner. We went last night and were in and out within 45 minutes or so.

I remember when I took my dad here when he was experiencing a stroke but I wasn’t familiar with stroke symptoms so I didn’t know he was having a stroke and I didn’t think to call the ambulance because I was just in shock so I directly took him. When I got there, one of the nurses yelled at me and said “why didn’t you call the ambulance?!!” while I was uncontrollably crying and clearly in a state of shock. That’s not how you should treat a patient’s family member that’s clearly in distress. Oh and a stroke is a serious emergency but my dad was here for HOURS before they transported him to a bigger hospital… I should’ve questioned them why it’s taking so long for him to get transported. One more thing, when i first came in, the front desk lady could clearly see my dad was not well or in a good condition and she asked if we had insurance and that we have to pay out of pocket if we didn’t, like is that seriously important right now when my dad is experiencing an emergency?!!!

Great service. I felt well taken care of. The doctor sent me to a different hospital to be admitted because I needed additional care. But while I was there they took the time to explain everything.

Went in with a messed up finger and the Dr. told me it was just a sprain, wrapped it and that I was fine and let me go on my way. A month later I was still in pain so I go in for an xray at a different urgent care and sure enough the entire bone was split down the middle broken. I am writing this review because this urgent care did not give their best efforts to assess me and treat me as a patient, causing me to have more health issues down the line. However, the Dr. and staff were very kind and supportive throughout my whole experience there. I’m sure this was a mistake but I hope that next time they dont let this happened again.

The girl at front desk with Hijab is a biggest scam actually people that run this place and FRISCO ER same people scamming people for higher bills. And the rating review are fake they even asked me to rate them and give them the phone so they can write review what they like..total fraud she gets commission to send people out to Frisco ER lying the doctor is not present at Urgent care and try to send you to Frisco ER .and gets paid every patient she sends there
.Overall bad experience would never recommend anyone going there to this scammers.and will definitely report to U.S. DEPARTMENT of Health and Human Services .

One of the best Urgent Care in town. Starting from the frontdesk experience Ms Syeda was really professional. She did a quick check in and answer my questions regarding my insurance. My provider Anna was way to good. She understood my concerns and provided me with best care. I absolutely was amazed by the experience. My nurse Dora she handled my IV and labs with great care. It was a smooth experience. Great team!!!

I drove around all morning last Friday trying to find a doctor that would/could do an I&D on a cyst that had ruptured on my back. After I called a dermatologist who wanted $250 just to “consult” on what I already knew, I threw a Hail Mary and walked into Urgent Care of Plano. Oh man am I glad I did! That’s why they say everything happens for a reason. Not only are Dr. Matthews & her medical assistant kind and professional, Dr. Matthews performed the procedure for a fraction of the cost of what other doctors wanted AND she removed what I’d had many doctors try and tell me would be a separate “medical procedure”! Here’s hoping it doesn’t come back but I’ll tell you what, I’m healing rapidly and well and it’s all thanks to Dr. Matthews and team. I have a wonderful PCP but I will always have Dr. Matthews as a go to from now on.

I have came in multiple times and this clinic has been nothing but extremely helpful and nice. They always have cold drinks and the check in process is fast and efficient. I’ve come in with stomach aches and a hurt ear. They made sure they checked all the boxes, provided the proper medication when needed and even in case of my ear flushed it out. I highly recommend this clinic doctor Mathew is a very nice lady.

Best medical care I have ever received. Anna Matthew is kind, through and is actually practicing medicine vs quick care. Anna got to the bottom of my problem and addressed the issue although I had been to the emergency department in California and was told everything was fine. The pain and suffering I experienced was finally diagnosed and with treatment I am a new person. Amazing team of professionals at Urgent Care of Plano .

Oh my goodness Dr Matthew’s is an absolute God sent. I cannot praise this Angel of a human enough. Her heart, patience, her compassion, along with innate empathy towards every single human being that walks through her doors is unmatched to any doctor I have EVER been to. What this lady has cannot be taught, it is a true gift from above. I want to thank you for spending time with me and taking the time to listen and add so much wisdom to my life. Would it be weird to say I love you and mean it?? I pray people that truly need genuine help come visit her. Thank you for the gift you continue to share with this world so selflessly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... NO PROVIDER yet they schedule you and call you to make sure you don't miss ur visit only to get there and no provider.. HORRIBLE MEAN FRONT DESK.. NO ONE EVER ANSWERA THE PHONE EVER!!!! EVERY CALL IF FORWARDED TO THE CALL CENTER week then transfers you to the doctors office where noone proceeds to pick up. NO MEDICATION GETA PUT IN THE DAY YOU GO THERE. I went in for antibiotics and it's been THREE DAYS of constantly been told its in draft from the call center man. Dr. ANNA MATTHEW does not care about your health only money coz I repeat NO MEDICATION WILL BE PROCESSED AND NO CALLS WILL BE ANSWERED... WORST CLINIC EVER, HORRIBLE SERVICE.. save ur energy and spend your money else where!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am only leaving one star because the phone situation and trying to reach Dr. KIMBERLY IS like pulling teeth. I also went on a Monday for bloodwork got there at 10 :15 there was only one family in the lobby waiting. After 30 minutes they were called back. I waited another 15 minutes and never got called to do blood work. Dr Kimberly is amazing if I was just grading her I would get 5 stars but the rest is impossible to deal with.
